Job summary

Unisys in the United States is seeking a Field Engineer to provide full onsite engineering support for a base of large, complex clients. You will own onsite service activity and perform advanced maintenance on multiple products, including installations.

You will use advanced tools and knowledge to resolve client problems, provide feedback to improve service delivery, and contribute to metrics reporting. A high school diploma is required, with 2–4 years of relevant experience and potential

Qualifications

Onsite field engineering experience or similar role.
Experience with maintenance and installation activities.
Ability to provide technical feedback to improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

Provides full range of Field Engineering support for assigned base of large/complex clients.
Owns onsite service activity.
Performs advanced-level maintenance on products and conducts installations.
Provides technical feedback on equipment, systems and processes to improve service delivery.
Uses advanced tools and knowledge to resolve client problems and conduct scheduled installs.
Identifies and resolves systemic issues within the team.
Proactively supports team members with technical assistance and expertise.
Contributes to client services metrics reporting and documentation.
Monitors issues and informs manager with improvement recommendations.
