Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC, a Quanta Services company, seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead field construction, safety, and quality on energy projects. You will supervise field operations, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with design and subcontractors to optimize risk and delivery.

The role requires 10+ years in power delivery, strong leadership, and experience with Procore, Primavera P6, and PM software.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years’ progressive experience in the power delivery industry (field)
• Hands-on construction, supervision, construction management, audit and inspection of substation and overhead transmission lines
• Thorough knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment
• High school diploma, or equivalent, required
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Construction Science/Construction Management preferred
• OSHA 30 training certification
• Experience with Procore, SharePoint, Primavera P6 and/or PM software
• Experience with estimating processes

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates field construction
• Administers prime contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders
• Monitors progress to balance scope, budget, time and quality
• Manages subcontracts and purchase orders for scope/budget/quality
• Responds to RFIs and submittals for constructability
• Assists Project Manager with budget, schedule and QA/QC
• Enforces health, safety and environmental standards
• Prepares and updates project schedules and reports
• Oversees field document control and daily reporting
• Maintains 3-4 week Look Ahead schedule weekly
• Performs special projects as assigned
