Qualifications

• Strong Excel proficiency with formulas, lookups, sorting and tracking spreadsheets.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication and the ability to coordinate with technicians, vendors and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation, shipment, return and tracking of tools, equipment, meter kits and parts.
• Prepare equipment packages for new technicians and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, technician assignments and calibration certificates.
• Monitor calibration deadlines and coordinate meter kit returns, calibration and replacements.
• Respond to technician requests and escalate issues as needed.
• Use Excel to reconcile records and prepare reports.
• Support ERP implementation by organizing accurate records and workflows.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding equipment availability and shipments.
• Provide administrative support to Field Service leadership and ensure deadlines are met.
