Job summary

SD Solutions, LLC is seeking a Facilities Operations/Management Specialist (Federal Contractor) to oversee facility operations for CBP, BPAM, and PMO on-site in Laredo, TX. The role requires coordinating maintenance, managing SOWs/IGCEs, and tracking budgets with vendors and sites.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in facilities maintenance/repair management, with OSHA training preferred and proficiency in TRIRIGA/Maximo and RSMeans or similar cost-estimation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of facilities maintenance and repair management experience.
• Capable of operating facilities across multiple locations with budgets.
• OSHA 10 hour training preferred.
• Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or related trades are a plus.
• Experience creating SOWs and IGCEs for bids/procurement.

Responsibilities

• Create SOWs and IGCEs for bids or procurement and work orders.
• Coordinate maintenance actions with sites and contractors; track progress.
• Monitor budget and funding for initiatives; report to management.
• Support PMO and BPAM by tracking maintenance work and documentation.
• Oversee environmental task completion and ensure permits and warranties are recorded in systems.
• Serve as single point-of-contact for all project parties.
