SD Solutions, LLC seeks a Facilities Operations/Management Specialist (Federal Contractor) to oversee multiple sites in Jacksonville, FL. This onsite role emphasizes customer service, contractor coordination, and budget-aware facility management.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in facilities maintenance and repair, and hands-on experience with TRIRIGA/Maximo, RSMeans, and MS Office tools. Relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus are available for qualified hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• OSHA 10 hour training preferred.
• 5+ years facilities maintenance and repair management experience.
• Ability to create SOWs and IGCEs for bids.
• Experience with TRIRIGA, Maximo, RSMeans and related systems.
• Strong vendor/contractor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities and budgets for multiple locations.
• Create SOWs/IGCEs and procurement requests.
• Coordinate maintenance with sites and contractors.
• Monitor contract performance and reporting.
• Support PMO with maintenance tracking and repair solutions.
• Ensure permits, warranties, and documentation are up to date.
• Serve as single point of contact for project stakeholders.
