This role involves managing tradespeople, staff positions, and subcontractors as needed. The position typically handles challenging projects and performs a variety of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) functions. Additional duties may be assigned. The individual shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in each of the following: as a technician in HVAC and Mechanical Systems. Also, the Service Manager must possess a current trade certification in either HVAC or Mechanical Systems. The position requires extensive travel throughout the Laredo/Del Rio area weekly.
Must communicate effectively with customers, direct and indirect staff, supervisors, and office personnel.
Salary: $115,000 annually.
