Brice Pacific LLC seeks a Project Manager to lead federal construction projects at Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA. You will own budgets, schedules, contracts, and client communications to ensure successful project execution.

The role requires extensive PM experience, USACE familiarity, PMP preferred, and travel up to 20%. Competitive benefits and a path for growth within Brice Pacific LLC family.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture.
• Fifteen (15) or more years of related project management experience.
• Prior USACE experience required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of assigned projects including estimating, bidding, reporting and timelines.
• Develop proposals, cost estimates, and bids.
• Provide oversight of submittals and approvals.
• Prepare and monitor plans, permits, and change/variance requests.
• Oversee procurement, scheduling of materials, equipment and labor.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure on-time delivery of resources.
