Job summary

Brice Pacific LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects onsite at Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA. You will own profit and loss, manage schedules, budgets, and client relationships for projects with federal clients such as USACE and USAF.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in project management, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and familiarity with procurement, regulatory compliance, and MS Office suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture, or Business-related discipline.
• Fifteen (15) or more years of related project management experience including budget preparation, cost estimating, and fiscal management principles and procedures.
• Prior USACE experience required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all project aspects including estimating, bidding, reporting, client interface, timeline, and day-to-day oversight.
• Develop proposals, cost estimates, and bids.
• Oversee submittal and approval process.
• Prepare, monitor, and review plans, reports, permits, and design change requests.
• Oversee procurement and scheduling of materials, equipment, personnel, subcontractors and other resources.
• Determine project labor requirements based on scope and schedule.
• Participate in subcontractor selection and oversee performance.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and expenses against plans.
• Serve as primary client contact during execution.
• Review, code and approve invoices and timesheets.
