A construction management firm is seeking a Project Manager with over 10 years of federal construction experience to oversee projects at U.S. military installations. 📍 Travel Role – Onsite at U.S. Military Bases (3 Weeks per Month)

Are you a Project Manager with 10+ years of federal construction experience and direct USACE and NAVFAC project oversight?

We are hiring a Project Manager to lead construction projects on active U.S. military installations. This role requires strong command of federal contracting standards, disciplined schedule and cost control, and the ability to operate effectively within secure military environments.

This is a traveling role with approximately 75% travel (onsite 3 weeks per month).

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Manage $5M–$50M+ federal construction projects on military bases
  • Lead projects under USACE and NAVFAC contracts
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operationsEnsure compliance with FAR, EM 385-1-1, and military installation requirements
  • Coordinate directly with Contracting Officers, CORs, and base leadership
  • Lead project meetings, reporting, change management, and closeout
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience managing federal construction projects
  • Direct USACE and NAVFAC contract experience
  • Active DoD Clearance (Secret or higher preferred)
  • PMP Certification
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • Experience working on active military installations
  • Ability to travel approximately 75% (3 weeks per month onsite)
