Job summary

Brice Pacific LLC is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead on-site concrete construction at Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
• Ten (10) years of construction experience with superintendent role preferred.
• Familiarity with EM 385-1-1 safety requirements and field safety compliance.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to pass drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site concrete construction projects from start to finish.
• Supervise field crew; ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to meet requirements.
• Manage permits, inspections, and daily progress documentation.
