Job summary

Reframe Systems Inc. is seeking a hands-on HR professional to support our production teams on the factory floor and maintain compliance across records.

You will own onboarding for a fast-growing hourly workforce, ensure up-to-date I-9s and personnel files, and serve as a trusted first point of contact for employees and frontline managers. The role reports to the Head of People and collaborates closely with factory operations leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR, recruiting, or people operations experience.
• Experience with hourly, manufacturing, frontline workforces is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and initiative.
• Comfortable on a factory floor and with people in every role.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to HR contact for factory employees and frontline managers, visible and approachable on the floor.
• Run end-to-end onboarding for 4–6 new hires per month, coordinating paperwork and safety training.
• Maintain I-9s, personnel files, and hourly employee records, audit-ready.
• Keep OSHA 300 log and support incident reporting with safety and ops teams.
• Coordinate workers' compensation claims and return-to-work paperwork.
• Keep Rippling data clean and current.
