Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-degree- or higher preferred in business/related field.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred; certification required within 90 days of onboarding.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• SAP S/4 Hana experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans with charters, stakeholders, risk analysis and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams internal and external to STULZ.
• Oversee CAPEX, cost control, change orders and contingency planning.
• Lead SAP readiness activities for go-live and start-up.
• Act as liaison between GC/onsite construction and STULZ teams.
• Report executive status on schedule, budget, risks, and readiness.
• Support PMO standards, templates, and methodologies.
• Assist with audits, lessons learned, and compliance reviews.
