Job summary

STULZ is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the PMO in coordinating facility and CAPEX improvement projects across Maryland, Tennessee, and Texas locations. The role requires strong self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a full-time, in-office position based at the assigned STULZ facility, Monday through Friday. No remote or hybrid option is available for this role.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; Associate's/Bachelor's preferred.
• 2–5 years of project coordination, facilities/construction, or manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for facility/CAPEX projects across MD, TN, and TX sites.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and deadlines in project tracking systems.
• Maintain and update project documentation including charters, RAID logs, and meeting minutes.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings; prepare agendas and document decisions.
