Job summary

STULZ USA is seeking a seasoned Production Operations Leader to direct manufacturing activities, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will own planning, scheduling and execution while driving lean improvements and cross-functional alignment with engineering, maintenance and quality teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a technical or business field and at least five years of progressive leadership in manufacturing, preferably in high-mix, low-volume environments using ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive production or operations leadership experience.
• Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing and Lean practices.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct all production operations for safe, quality-focused, efficient execution.
• Own production planning, scheduling and execution to meet demand.
• Establish plant rhythm via daily management and cross-functional reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement and remove barriers to performance.
• Partner with engineering, maintenance, quality, safety, planning teams.
