Job summary

STULZ Air Technology Systems, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to lead facility, strategic, R&D, and client initiatives, ensuring alignment with PMO standards and governance.

You will manage projects from tenant fit-outs to infrastructure upgrades, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring operational readiness for go-live. The role emphasizes risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivering on time and budget, with on-site work in Dayton, Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years project management experience.
• PMP or CAPM preferred; PMP certification required within 90 days of onboarding.
• Experience with SAP S/4 Hana is preferred.
• Advanced PC skills including MS Project, SAC, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop/Manage project plans including charter, stakeholders, communication plans and risk analysis.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams internal and external to STULZ.
• Oversee CAPEX expenditures, control costs, change orders and contingencies.
• Lead SAP readiness activities for go-live and startup, ensure master data correctness.
• Serve as liaison between GC/onsite teams and STULZ internal teams.
• Provide executive status reporting on schedule, budget, risks and readiness.
