Job summary

STV Incorporated in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager - Mission Critical to lead a large-scale data center project from planning and preconstruction through construction, commissioning, turnover and closeout.

You will coordinate contractors, consultants, design teams and client stakeholders, maintain accountability for scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, procurement and risk to deliver the project on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible construction/project management.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, procurement, risk, and contractor performance.
• Leadership, communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project planning, construction, execution, commissioning, turnover and closeout.
• Develop master schedules, monitor baselines, and foresee risks and delays.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, expenditures and cost performance.
• Coordinate major building systems and mission-critical coordination.
• Lead meetings with contractors, consultants and client representatives.
• Ensure safety, QA/QC and adherence to contract requirements.
