Chugach Government Solutions is seeking a Facility Manager in Annapolis Junction, MD to lead daily operations of all facilities and guide technical teams onsite.

This role requires extensive experience in facilities operations, strong leadership of at least 20 staff, and the ability to respond to emergencies. Salary range is $109,906 to $119,906 per year, with on-site work model. Excellent communication and MS Office proficiency are expected; US citizenship and security clearance may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrate subject matter expert level in facilities operations.
• Previous leadership of at least 20 staff members for 2+ years.
• Commitment to being available 24/7 and outside normal hours.
• Ability to pass pre-hire background and drug screen.

Aufgaben

• Partner with customer to accomplish all SOW services and act as SME.
• Manage resources for a comprehensive facilities maintenance program.
• Develop and execute project goals, objectives and procedures.
• Develop and manage budgets and forecast funding for staffing and materials.
• Monitor service delivery methods and adjust staffing as needed.
• Ensure site compliance with regulations and codes.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
• Inspect issues and determine corrective actions.
• Plan and direct work for assigned staff; review work.
• Select, train, motivate, and evaluate personnel; conduct training.
• Prepare and present Technical Progress Reports.
• Respond to emergency site maintenance.
• Advise management on maintenance priorities.
• Operate company vehicles safely.
• Adhere to safety and SOPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
