Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions is seeking an Assistant Facility Manager (Electrical Shop) on site in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will plan and direct maintenance of the campus electrical infrastructure and supervise technical staff across generators, UPS, and switchgear.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; facilities operations experience.
• Journeyman Electrician or OEM Generator certification.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff or crews.
• Knowledge of switchgear, generators and UPS equipment.
• Ability to pass pre-hire background and drug screen; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct campus electrical maintenance and upkeep.
• Provide leadership, training, and evaluation for maintenance staff.
• Develop and adhere to preventive maintenance programs/schedules.
• Ensure compliance with plans, procedures, and governing codes.
• Prepare weekly/monthly technical progress reports and budgets.
