Qualifikationen

• Lead/oversee maintenance operations and staff.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience hiring, disciplining, evaluating, coaching and training at least five staff.
• Ability to pass pre-hire background and drug screen.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Ability to obtain Intelligence Community Security Clearance.

Aufgaben

• Work directly with Building Management to accomplish all services under the statement of work.
• Review site work for compliance with plans, procedures, and codes.
• Develop and adhere to predictive maintenance schedules.
• Provide leadership, training, motivation, performance evaluation and accountability for maintenance staff.
• Set department priorities supporting safety, customer satisfaction and productivity.
• Coordinate with personnel on materials, parts, and requisitions.
• Interpret, apply and explain complex codes, regulations and procedures.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly Technical Progress Reports as needed.
• Schedule on-call and preventive maintenance personnel.
• Respond to emergency site maintenance as required.
• Advise management on maintenance projects and priorities.
• Assist in developing cost estimates, budget, and status reports.
• Operate customer and company vehicles safely.
• Support other department staff as needed.
• Adhere to safety and SOPs.
• Work indoors primarily; may involve outdoors and varying heights.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
