IST Management Services seeks a Workplace Services Facilities Onsite Operations Manager in Port Arthur, TX, to lead daily facilities activities, ensure safe and efficient office environments, and coordinate maintenance with vendors. The role supports a fast-growing BPO/IFM organization and involves collaboration with global teams.

The candidate will manage HVAC, BAS, fire alarm, and power backup systems, maintain records, and ensure regulatory compliance. Salary $85,000–$90,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of facilities management experience in a corporate setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal clients and vendors.
• Flexible schedule and ability to respond to after-hours needs.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations for Port Arthur campus and support Houston TX offices.
• Ensure safe, functional, and compliant office environments.
• Monitor facility conditions and address operational issues to maintain readiness.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance programs, inspections, and repairs.
• Maintain knowledge of building systems including HVAC, BAS, fire alarm, lighting, and power backup.
• Track facilities documentation (records, contracts, reports, regulatory docs).
• Coordinate with global facilities teams to align processes and standards.
