Job summary

Qualifications

• Handling heavy lifting & moving of furniture.
• Excellent organizational skills - detail oriented.
• Availability to maintain a flexible work schedule to include evenings, weekends, etc.
• Ability to trouble-shoot and prioritize work.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Plan individual to departmental furniture/desks/office moves with management.
• Support management with physical moves to and from storage area.
• Assist with staff relocation moves while maintaining discretion during planning.
• Perform general light maintenance repairs using hand tools.
• Conduct general inspections of all areas.
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures.
