• Provides customer service to walk-up customers and via phone/online work order submittal; follows up on escalated issues.
• Issues parking permits and U‑Passes; distributes university-issued badges for Access Control.
• Performs data entry within multiple databases and supports Facilities Management; balances cash and prepares receipts.
