Responsibilities

• Receives, records, and distributes work orders for Facilities Engineering, Custodial, and parking issues based on urgency.
• Coordinates with other facilities units to ensure work orders are followed up and completed.
• Distributes planned, limited, and emergency outages.
• Provides customer service to walk-up customers, by phone, and via online submittal.
• Maintains call quality by providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner.
• Issues University parking permits and U-Passes.
• Distributes university-issued badges for Access Control.
• Responsible for cash handling, including receipt preparation, daily balancing, and reconciliation.
• Performs data entry in multiple databases supporting Facilities Management.
