Job summary

New Flyer in Anniston, AL is seeking a Facilities Engineering professional to support the Anniston plant and corporate Facility Council. You will lead projects from requirements through execution, defining schedules, scopes, budgets, and risk mitigation while implementing changes to maximize benefits.

This onsite role requires coordinating with multiple teams, preparing business cases, and delivering presentations.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Project Management experience desired.
• Experience using Excel to perform project / business analysis.
• Experience using PowerPoint to create presentations.
• Reading and interpretation of engineering and/or architectural drawings.
• Basic understanding of Oracle required.

Responsibilities

• Support all Facilities Engineering activities for the Anniston plant and corporate Facility Council.
• Lead projects from requirements definition through execution with schedules, scopes, budgets and risk mitigation.
• Create budgets based on project scope and adhere to allocations.
• Review and manage lease negotiations for facilities.
• Ensure accurate CAD layouts for all facilities.
• Promote lean manufacturing initiatives related to facilities.
