Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all plant operations including safety, quality, production, maintenance, procurement, and logistics.
• Communicate vision and strategy; develop tactical business plans.
• Monitor performance and adjust resources to meet customer demands.
• Oversee safety, OSHA compliance, and quality control.
• Manage budgets, costs, and profitability, optimizing capacity.
• Lead cross-functional teams and talent development.
