Job summary

3D Systems is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to oversee multi-site facilities responsibilities, reporting to the Facilities Manager. You will manage service delivery for property, facilities services, EHS, project management and construction to ensure an optimal working environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating vendor activities, tracking maintenance, and ensuring safety standards. This role requires strong communication, organization, and professionalism to support the global

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of admin or site support experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication across organizational levels.
• Experience working in a global, fast-paced, multicultural organization.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities responsibilities for multi-site operations and report to the Facilities Manager.
• Ensure service delivery for property, facilities services, EHS, and construction.
• Manage vendor invoices and security systems and access.
• Develop formal equipment maintenance plans and track maintenance results.
• Provide status updates on maintenance and site deficiencies.
• Supervise vendor activities and ensure compliance with contracts and scope.
• Support EHS initiatives and safety programs; assist with site projects.
