Job summary

DFM Solutions is seeking a Site Manager to lead facilities management operations and deliver high-quality services. You will guide the team, drive safety-first practices, and align maintenance with customer goals.

The role involves budgeting, performance tracking, and regular interaction with client representatives. The ideal candidate has an undergraduate degree in business or engineering, 6–8 years of supervisory experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business administration or engineering technology or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 6–8 years of direct supervision of housekeeping or facility management operations.
• Experience managing 24/7 operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Automotive industry experience is preferred.
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sets overall vision and leadership for the operations team.
• Establishes and executes strategic direction for operations and maintenance aligned with customer goals.
• Supervises and coordinates activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conducts daily facility tours to inspect work performed.
• Ensures safety policies and OSHA compliance and promotes a safety-first culture.
• Develops training programs to increase team technical capabilities.
• Leads customer reviews and planning meetings.
• Uses data to drive continuous improvement in site performance.
• Manages operating budgets and site KPIs, ensuring cost targets are met.
• Partners with finance to produce timely cost savings analyses and variance reports.
• Manages inventory status and material/service requests.
• Develops scope of services and negotiates contracts for new and existing sites.
