Job summary

DataSoft Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Support Intermediate for an onsite role in Conshohocken, PA. The position is a long-term contract with 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with specific shifts and a daily lunch break.

Responsibilities include light maintenance, IT-related setup, mailroom duties, kitchen and supply management, and coordination with vendors. The role requires strong MS Office skills and basic tool knowledge, with safety and security duties also involved.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 60lbs and perform light maintenance
• Strong working knowledge of computers including full Microsoft Office suite
• Some working knowledge of basic tools used for light maintenance (level, drill, tape measure)
• Some basic technology/IT knowledge (monitor installs, docking stations, AV testing)

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance and repairs in the office; coordinate vendor visits when needed
• Handle mailroom duties and shipping/receiving with proper labeling and tracking
• Stock and monitor office supplies and kitchen/coffee areas; ensure cleanliness and safety
• Assist with printer/plotter issues and on-site tech support
• Support reception coverage and front-desk operations as needed
• Review and process invoices; coordinate with AP for accuracy
• Communicate with building management on safety and facility issues
• Assist with safety programs and office-wide drills and trainings
• Maintain record tracking for HSE and sustainability efforts
• Coordinate security tasks including ID badges and access control
