Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Support Intermediate in Conshohocken, PA for a 4+ month engagement. The role is onsite with a structured schedule, performing maintenance, mailroom duties, office supply management and reception backup.

You will handle equipment setup, basic IT tasks, safety procedures, and coordinate with vendors to keep the office running smoothly for Monday-Thursday and partial Friday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 60lbs and perform light maintenance tasks.
• Strong Microsoft Office, Teams and Outlook skills.
• Basic IT task ability including setup of monitors and docking stations.
• Reliable transportation and on-site availability M-F.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance tasks and coordinate vendor visits.
• Assist with mailroom duties and package shipments.
• Manage office supplies and stock levels.
• Support kitchen operations and vendor coordination for machines.
• Provide reception backup and help visitors.
• Ensure safety procedures and HSE compliance.
