Job summary

RealManage Elevated Onsite is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Technician in Leander, TX to maintain HOA common areas, facilities, and grounds. You will perform daily maintenance, assist with irrigation, and handle minor repairs across clubhouses, sidewalks, and shared spaces, ensuring safety and aesthetics for residents and boards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in maintenance, carpentry, concrete, doors, drywall, fencing, plumbing, painting, and basic electrical tasks, with strong

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred, ideally within HOA/residential context.
• Experience in carpentry, concrete, doors, drywall, fencing, plumbing, and painting required.
• Irrigation system experience highly desired.
• Basic electrical maintenance knowledge required.
• English speaking required; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily general and preventive maintenance for HOA common areas, amenities, buildings, and grounds.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of community facilities, including clubhouses and walkways.
• Complete minor repairs on structures, equipment, fencing, doors, drywall, concrete, and gates.
• Monitor, maintain, and assist with irrigation systems.
