Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services Team in Andover, MA is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to lead all phases of construction projects, coordinating with BU clients and leadership to define goals and drive action plans. You will ensure governance, contract handling, and timely reporting across internal and external teams.

Qualified candidates will have 8+ years in facilities/construction programs, a bachelor’s in a related field, and experience with procurement, planning, and cost estimation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience managing facilities or real estate development and construction programs.
• 5+ years’ experience in procurement/contracting and project phases.
• 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing-space projects and cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of construction project management including procurement, planning, execution, and closeout.
• Develop new project engagements with BU from concept to completion with a 3-phase approach.
• Ensure governance policies are applied and adhered to within the work group.
• Oversee contract procurement, negotiation, administration and closeout with internal/external parties.
• Prepare timely, accurate reports to BU clients and Facilities Delivery team.
