Job summary

RTX is seeking a Facilities, Project Manager to join the Enterprise Services Team in Andover, MA. You will direct all phases of construction projects, coordinating with BU clients and leadership to ensure goals are met and projects stay on track.

Role requires 8+ years in facilities or real estate development, strong procurement and contract experience, and the ability to manage projects within a manufacturing space on-site near Andover, MA.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience managing facilities or real estate development and construction programs.
• 5+ years’ experience in procurement/contracting and project phases.
• 3+ years’ experience in customer requirements in manufacturing space.
• 3+ years’ experience across construction trades and cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of construction project management from initiation to closeout.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Develop new project engagements across BU with a 3-phase approach.
• Ensure governance policies and procedures are followed.
• Oversee contract procurement, negotiation, and closeout.
