Job summary

The LaSalle Network is seeking a Senior Manager, Executive VIP IT Support for its Chicago HQ. This fully onsite contract-to-hire role supports the CEO, executive assistants, and senior leaders with Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, and conferencing tools.

Lead a small onsite team, resolve urgent incidents, and coordinate with security, networking and infrastructure groups. 4–6 month contract with potential conversion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting C-suite/executive assistants in HQ environments.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting across Windows/macOS and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Ability to lead a small onsite team while remaining hands-on when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite IT support operations at HQ and ensure readiness for executive needs.
• Oversee ticket flow and maintain thorough documentation.
• Run daily health checks of rooms, printers, and critical office tech.
• Plan for high-profile meetings with test calls and pre-meeting validation.
• Provide white-glove executive support to CEO and senior leaders.
