Job summary

CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide hands-on desktop and executive support onsite in Forsyth, GA. You will troubleshoot Windows 11, macOS, and related software, image and deploy devices, and assist senior leaders across locations.

You will coordinate access requests, resolve hardware and network issues, and translate complex technical details into clear guidance while upholding security and HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

At least three years of hands-on in-person technical support experience.
Experience supporting Windows 11 and macOS devices.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Visio).
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Excellent customer service and discretion when supporting executives.

Responsibilities

Provide in-person desktop support for employees, executives, and priority users.
Troubleshoot Windows 11 and macOS issues across devices and peripherals.
Image, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot computers for daily use.
Support Microsoft Office applications and VPN connectivity.
Coordinate access requests and collaborate with IT teams as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
