Qualifications

• Three+ years of hands-on, in-person technical support experience.
• Experience supporting Windows and Mac devices and Office apps.
• Knowledge of desktop imaging, deployment, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Ability to communicate technical issues to users with varying knowledge levels.
• Demonstrated customer service, diplomacy, and multi-tasking under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person desktop support for employees, senior leaders, and priority users.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11 and macOS devices, OS, app, hardware, and peripherals.
• Image, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot computers for day-to-day use.
• Support Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Excel, and Visio.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and VPN; coordinate with IT teams as needed.
• Coordinate requests for network access, VPN, hardware, and software approvals.
• Explain technical issues clearly and provide practical guidance to users.
• Recommend technology solutions to improve user experience and productivity.
• Work with IT teams to resolve issues and maintain service quality across locations.
• Provide support at multiple locations, including secure facilities when required.
