AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Customer Service Associate - Events for a temp-to-hire role in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This on-site position supports boating and beauty trade shows, helping exhibitors, attendees, and internal teams deliver a smooth event experience.

The role demands strong customer focus, multi-channel support, and collaboration with internal teams. 720 hours of temporary engagement and a Monday–Friday schedule are provided, with some extended hours during conventions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Able to work onsite full-time in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional etiquette.

Responsabilités

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly.
• Support exhibitors and attendees before, during, and after events.
• Assist with event prep, onsite needs, and post-event follow-up.
