Job summary

Wings Over the Rockies seeks a part-time Events Manager to deliver on-site event execution at Wings Over the Rockies and Exploration of Flight locations. You will coordinate Wings staff, volunteers, and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.

Responsibilities include managing load-in/set-up, guest traffic flow, and real-time troubleshooting to ensure a smooth guest experience. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site event execution coordinating staff, volunteers, and vendors.
• Serve as the central point of communication during events with clients and teams.
• Anticipate needs and respond to issues in real time to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
• Oversee logistics including deliveries, load-in/set-up, traffic flow, and breakdown.
• Ensure facility readiness and security following safety protocols.
• Respond to incidents or emergencies and direct guests and staff accordingly.
• Operate and monitor building systems as part of event operations.
• Coordinate event-specific technical needs and power access.
