Job summary

Trail Drive Management Corp. (TDMC) is seeking an Operations Crew member to support the Will Rogers Memorial Center in Fort Worth, TX. This on-site position handles facility setup, housekeeping, and day-to-day maintenance between and during events.

The role includes setting up event spaces, managing equipment and supplies, and coordinating with management to resolve issues quickly. Applicants should meet the listed qualifications and be capable of lifting, standing, and working flexible hours,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a manual labor position in public assembly facilities.
• Texas driver’s license is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down event spaces, including flooring, chairs, tables, walls, staging, furnishings and equipment.
• Perform housekeeping duties and maintain facility cleanliness.
• Operate and assist with equipment such as forklifts, carts, and floor scrubbers.
• Maintain barns, arenas, stalls, and related areas.
• Report safety concerns and maintain organized storage and inventory.
