Fooda is seeking a part-time events assistant in Boston to support onsite setup, teardown, and customer service during lunch hours. You will troubleshoot issues with orders, deliveries, and communications, and help customers using Fooda app and POS systems.

Ideal candidates are friendly, tech-savvy, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment. The role offers flexibility with 12–15 hours per week and potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates with catering or serving experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Support Fooda events onsite: set-up, tear down, cleaning, and ensuring high quality setup and customer experience.
• Become proficient with Fooda’s technology and SOPs.
• Resolve issues like incorrect orders, late deliveries, or email miscommunications.
• Troubleshoot POS, onsite tech, and TV menu boards.
• Conduct onsite promotions and app coaching; provide real-time customer service.
• Audit restaurant event setup for consistency and quality.
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when needed.
• Hours typically during lunch (Tue–Thu 10am–2pm); may vary 8am–4pm by market.
