Job summary

GCG Event Pa on-site opportunity for a multi-day assistant level role at DeVos Place Convention Center in Grand Rapids, MI. You will be on-site with our client contact, comfortable with Windows laptops and iPads, and able to stand for long periods while lifting up to 25 lbs.

Dates: 10/5 (9:00–17:00), 10/6 (8:00–16:00), 10/7 (8:00–15:00). Dress in black pants/jeans with a black collared shirt and comfortable shoes.

Qualifications

• On-site assignment requiring ability to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift, push, or carry up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable using Windows laptop and iPad.
• On-site with client contact is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare iPads for distribution by charging and launching software.
• Print and distribute name badges for attendees and staff.
