Job summary

RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, invites applications for a Depot Lead in Tucson, AZ to oversee ESSM depot repair, overhaul and recertification operations onsite.

You will plan and coordinate workloads, manage budgets as CAM, and collaborate with Program Management, Quality, Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain to meet contractual commitments while driving continuous improvements and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent; 5+ years experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with budgets, EV management, and contract financials.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day depot operations ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Develop schedules, priorities, and workflows to meet deliverables.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations on issues and improvements.
• Identify continuous improvements to boost productivity and reduce cycle time.
• Serve as CAM for ESSM Depot contract; manage budgets, forecasting, and variance.
• Prepare presentations forReviews and customer meetings; submit CDRL items.
• Conduct risk/opportunity analysis and track corrective actions.
• Provide productivity updates for Monthly Business Reviews and metrics.
