Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Manager, Systems Engineering at the Oklahoma City site to lead TF33 Depot Support activities, coordinate with ELMT, FSRs and USAF teams, and drive depot engineering projects.

You will manage a team of Depot Support Engineers, develop standard work, enable timely responses to technical questions, and present major issues with corrective actions in management and customer meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math with 10 years aerospace experience
• Common Access Card (CAC) to access DoW systems and Tinker AFB
• 10% travel

Responsibilities

• The TF33 EDSI Depot Manager will lead all depot support activities for the Oklahoma City site.
• Coordinate with ELMT, PW FSRs, and USAF engineering organizations and depot ops personnel at Tinker AFB.
• Provide supervisory guidance to the TF33 EDSI depot engineering team and to ELMT members in OKC.
• Develop and implement standard work for processes and procedures as required.
