Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Engineering Execution Team’s Strike Initiatives section in Tucson, AZ. The role requires prior IPT Leadership within ASDS EET and an active DoD Secret clearance; onsite work is mandatory.

You will direct IPT Leaders, set measurable goals, guide staffing, and ensure policy compliance while aligning with RTX values. Expect collaboration across business units and ongoing talent development in a high-stakes defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) experience within ASDS EET required.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance required; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of IPT Leaders within the Strike Initiatives SSBU.
• Establish meaningful and measurable goals and communicate effectively with the team.
• Oversee direct line management activities for the section including communication, performance impact, career development, and talent acquisition.
• Support department and SBU-level initiatives.
• Ensure employee compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee resolution of personnel issues.
• Maintain alignment to RTX Values and Behaviors; IPT Lead duties ~15% of time.
