Job summary

Ontic Creedmoor seeks an IT ERP Systems Analyst onsite in Creedmoor, NC, to support ERP, warehouse management and related enterprise applications. You will work with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations to ensure reliable, efficient systems aligned with business needs and drive improvements across the ERP landscape.

You will troubleshoot incidents, develop reports, and participate in ERP projects, with a focus on data integrity, security and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience supporting ERP systems within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience developing SQL queries and working with database concepts to support troubleshooting, reporting and data analysis.
• Knowledge of ERP integrations, reporting tools and application support practices, including troubleshooting and maintaining system reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for ERP, warehouse management and related enterprise applications, troubleshooting incidents and supporting business-critical operations.
• Partner with end users across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations to understand system challenges and improve user experience.
• Investigate application issues, perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions that improve system reliability and data integrity.
• Support system configuration, security administration, reporting, upgrades, patches and ongoing maintenance.
• Participate in ERP projects, including implementations, enhancements and integrations, gathering requirements and coordinating testing.
