Ontic is seeking an IT ERP Systems Analyst for our Creedmoor, NC facility. You will support ERP, warehouse management and related systems, ensuring reliable operations across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3-5 years of experience supporting ERP in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with enterprise applications, manufacturing, supply chain, and financial processes.
Experience developing SQL queries and data analysis.
Knowledge of ERP integrations and reporting practices.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for ERP and warehouse management applications.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to address system challenges.
Investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis and implement fixes.
Support system configuration, security, reporting, upgrades, and maintenance.
Participate in ERP projects, gather requirements, test, deploy and support post-implementation.
Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and system documentation.
Partner with vendors and IT colleagues to identify automation opportunities and efficiency gains.

The opportunity

As an IT ERP Systems Analyst at Ontic, you'll play a key role in supporting and improving the enterprise applications that keep our manufacturing and business operations running. Based onsite at our Creedmoor facility, you'll work closely with teams across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations to ensure our systems are reliable, efficient and aligned with business needs. You'll support our enterprise resource planning (ERP), warehouse management and related business systems, troubleshooting technical issues, improving application performance and helping users make the most of the technology they rely on every day. You'll also contribute to system enhancements, integrations and projects that strengthen how information and processes flow across the business. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, collaborating with stakeholders and turning business requirements into practical system improvements. What You'll Be Doing

Provide day-to-day support for ERP, warehouse management and related enterprise applications, troubleshooting incidents, resolving service requests and supporting business-critical operations.

Partner with end users across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations to understand system challenges, provide technical guidance and improve the user experience.

Investigate application issues, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions that improve system reliability, performance and data integrity.

Support system configuration, security administration, reporting, upgrades, patches and ongoing application maintenance.

Participate in ERP and enterprise application projects, including implementations, enhancements and integrations, while gathering requirements and coordinating testing, deployment and post-implementation support.

Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, system documentation and support procedures to improve visibility, consistency and knowledge sharing.

Collaborate with IT colleagues, business stakeholders and external vendors to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and greater system efficiency.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

3-5 years of experience supporting ERP systems within a manufacturing environment.

Experience supporting enterprise applications and business-critical systems, with an understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, inventory and financial business processes.

Experience developing SQL queries and working with database concepts to support troubleshooting, reporting and data analysis.

Knowledge of ERP integrations, reporting tools and application support practices, including troubleshooting and maintaining system reliability.

Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and resolve complex technical issues.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a customer-focused approach and the ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders across the business.
