Job summary

Ontic in Creedmoor, NC is seeking an IT ERP Systems Analyst to support ERP, warehouse management and related enterprise applications onsite. You will work with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations to ensure reliable, efficient systems aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting incidents, performing root cause analysis, and participating in ERP projects. Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of ERP experience in manufacturing are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3–5 years of ERP support experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with enterprise applications and business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory and finance.
• Experience developing SQL queries and working with databases for troubleshooting and reporting.
• Knowledge of ERP integrations, reporting tools, and application support practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to build stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for ERP, warehouse management and related enterprise applications, resolving incidents and supporting critical operations.
• Collaborate with end users across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations to understand system challenges and improve user experience.
• Perform root cause analysis on application issues and implement corrective actions to improve reliability, performance and data integrity.
• Support system configuration, security administration, reporting, upgrades, patches and maintenance.
• Participate in ERP and enterprise application projects, including implementations, enhancements and integrations, coordinating testing, deployment and post-implementation support.
• Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, system documentation and support procedures to improve visibility and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
