Job summary

Ontic is seeking a Senior Accounting & Financial Analyst for an onsite role in Creedmoor, NC. You will partner with Operations, PMO, and Supply Chain to drive financial performance and maintain robust reporting and controls.

Ideal candidates have a finance/accounting background, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP and SOX compliance. The role involves monthly close, budgeting, and process improvements in a manufacturing/aerospace setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business.
• 3+ years of analyst experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong Excel, financial modeling and dashboards.
• Knowledge of ERP and reporting systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, PMO, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to drive financial and operating performance.
• Create and improve standard reporting across Indirect, SGA, Inventory, and CAPEX.
• Participate in inventory cycle counting and adjust variances.
• Assist monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and board-ready narratives.
• Support budgeting for site Indirect and SG&A expenses.
