Job summary

Ontic in Creedmoor, NC (onsite) is seeking a Senior Accounting & Financial Analyst to partner with Operations, PMO, and Supply Chain. You will build standard reports, support inventory controls, and drive financial processes across the site.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 3+ years of experience, advanced Excel, and ERP familiarity. Manufacturing/aerospace inventory costing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• Strong Excel skills with ability to model and build tools & dashboards.
• 3+ years of analyst experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Knowledge of ERP and Reporting systems; SOX compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, PMO, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to drive financial performance.
• Create and maintain standard reporting across Indirect, SGA, Inventory, and CAPEX.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and variances review.
• Support monthly close with analysis, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Assist with site budget consolidation of Indirect and SG&A.
