Job summary

Kavaliro is seeking a highly organized Project Management Specialist for its Jacksonville office to support and improve internal business systems including ERP, CRM, and logistics platforms. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, coordinate among stakeholders, and support testing and issue resolution.

This is an onsite role, with a Monday–Friday schedule. Salary ranges per hour are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications is a plus.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal business systems projects across ERP, CRM, payment, RMA, logistics and reporting platforms.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Assist with user acceptance testing, defect documentation, and release preparation.
• Create and maintain project documentation, status reports, and training materials.
