Job summary

Key duties include monthly analyses, management reporting, budgeting support, and dashboard development. A CPA license and 3+ years of accounting/finance experience are preferred; Big Four experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• Big Four accounting firm experience preferred.
• Master’s degree in Accounting preferred, or a Bachelor’s with CPA.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience across multiple levels.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring monthly and ad-hoc financial analyses and explain variances.
• Develop and improve management reporting, translating data into insights.
• Partner with Head of Finance on budgets, forecasts, and modeling.
• Review performance and trends to inform leadership decisions.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics across the business.
• Create financial visualizations for senior leaders and non-finance audiences.
• Investigate revenue losses, pricing issues, and inefficiencies with corrective actions.
• Develop dashboards and reports for management questions and priorities.
• Evaluate processes to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Participate in system implementations and automation initiatives.
